Dekorsan has mainly been engaged in the manufacturing of more than 4000 sheet metal parts for passenger vans, pickup trucks, trucks and buses of BMC A.Ş., using die-casting and performing the welded assembly of these for over 20 years in a closed area of 15,000 m2, with more than 300 employees. We are also a leading company in manufacturing automotive parts, electricity and natural gas distribution panels and canalettes with polyester reinforced with fiberglass, and powder-coating certain parts.

In the manufacturing process for the parts made of polyester reinforced with fiberglass the methods of hand lay-up, RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) and SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) are used. In addition to manufacturing parts for BMC trucks and buses, chemically resistant containers and pipes can also be manufactured. Also, ABS and Polystyrene parts can be manufactured with the vacuum thermoforming machine.

Thanks to the welded production facilities, generator cabinets with heat isolation, custom sized containers and Automatic Transfer Panels, as well as residential containers in desired sizes can be manufactured.

Hydraulic presses from 100 tons to 2000 tons, eccentric presses from 30 tons to 1000 tons, sheet metal unrolling and cutting unit, hanging spot welding and inert gas welding units in the bodywork facilities, molding room, polyester reinforced with fiberglass, wet-coating and powder-coating are only some of our capabilities.

Our institution has ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 ( TUV NORD ) certificates, and has the capability to design and manufacture all types of parts in its field of expertise, thanks to the machinery and equipment we own as well as the level of knowledge and experience we have in metal and composite works.
